Greetings my friends! Tis the season to be sneezing! There are things that you can help your body to do to help it fight off those germs and nasties! Things you can do to help your body help you! Done the natural way-and Deliciously! Below's a check off list to help you get motivated to boost up that body!
1. Get Probiotics, or the "live active cultures" found in yogurt, are healthy bacteria that keep the gut and intestinal tract free of disease-causing germs. Think, fermented foods, and Kombucha!
2. Horses are Smart! Eat Oats & Barley: These grains contain beta-glucan, a type of fiber with antimicrobial and antioxidant capabilities more potent than echinacea, reports a Norwegian study.
3. Live health-i-ly:
Do what you know is right. Don't smoke, Eat a diet high in fruits and veggies, Exercise regularly. (You burn more calories when you stand than sit.), Maintain a healthy weight, Get adequate sleep. Try to minimize stress.
4. Echinacea: Drink as a tea or tincture or supplement.
